I am a Philosophy PhD candidate in the Department of Philosophy  at the University of Minnesota and a graduate fellow at the Minnesota Center for Philosophy of Science. I work on conceptual issues in Philosophy of Science related to Biology and Bioethics. My ongoing research projects include the scope and limits of reasoning practices in Behavioral Genetic research, ethics of emerging biotechnologies, and conceptual issues related to mechanistic modeling.
